RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete the daily work such as planning,managemnet,shipment control with the object that keep all the materials imported and exported smoothly,control the transportation cost, strengthen the coordination all the related department within the TE policies and local laws.

Apply the new duty free logbook for new project, prepare all the necessary procedure from the government.make sure the HS code and the chinese description of all the components and finish goods is correct, complete all the work in time in order to keep all the import and export in time

Planning the budget of the freight and control acutually freiht,make sure the actual spending of freight is compliance with the budget in order to do the cost saving

Management forwarders and cutoms brokers management,control the cost of the freight in order valuate performance of the forwarders and the brokers

Coordinate with all the related departments for all import and export to ensure all the procedure of the activities is effectivety in order to make sure all the materials can be exported and imported in time

Ensure all the shipment can arrive at or leave plant in time in order to keep the delivery on time

Communicate with the government such as Customs.CIQ.Foreign Economy Bereau in order to make sure all the procedure and activity of the import and export is smoonthly and legally

Get the latest logistics policy from the RTT team, and excute it in plant, in order to make sure all the activity is compliance with the policy

REQUIREMENTS:
College diploma,
3 years works experience,
familiar with the Customs and CIQ policies,
excellent skills in logistics,awareness of international trade flow.
leading abilities,good team work,effective comunication skill
