Responsibility:



(1) Can take leadership in quality continuous improvement for the company, in charge of daily management of quality department. Responsible for developing, revising and implementing quality standards and policies in an organization.

(2) Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and consistently meeting the required international or business standards.

(3) Senior experience in ISO9001/14001 management, experienced in customer audit in social responsibility and environment/safety audit. Experience in ISO18001 is an extra bonus,

(4) Supervise QA/QC/SQE staff, Perform quality assessments, Employ, and sustain quality standards, e. Communicate with internal and external clients, Train employees on quality measures and company policies,

(5) Investigate systems' failures and issues, coordinate and direct the implementation of new standards into practice. Pursue self development and training in current quality principle.

Qualification :

(1) BSc. in engineering/management or above. Over 8 years working experience in quality related work and at least 5 years experience in quality management role.

(2) Obtain deep understanding of quality continuous improvement, strong ability in pinpoint quality system weakness and strong initiative in coordinating related departments to improve.

(3) Be cognizant and knowledgeable of quality standards and models. Be an excellent communicator

(4) Have superior mathematical and numeric skills, application experience in lean/6 sigma is required.

(5) Have proficient interpretation skills for figures, statistics, regulations and policies.

(6) Be extremely professional, customer friendly and amenable

(7) ISO 9001/14001/18001 internal audit certificate is preferred although not necessary.

(8) Good English communication is a must.
