Qualification:
1.College degree or above, technology background in mechanical and electrics
2.Five or above years of facility and equipment；
Experience in multinational company. Familiar with special equipment (Crane, forklift, etc.) , fire control facility, transformer and LV power distribution system.
3.Good command of both spoken and written English
4.Be familiar with AutoCAD and office software

Other requirements:
Male, good team spirit and strong responsibility.

Main Responsibilities:
1.To make sure the Facility and equipment runs smoothly and safe.
2.Implement continuously improvement to reduce resource consumption to support company EHS target
3.Special equipment management, including crane, forklift, pressure vessels, etc. Ensure the compliance with statutory safety regulations.
4.Make preventive maintenance plan and implement the plan on time.
5.Create or updated related facility and utility procedures.
6.Control maintenance cost according to yearly budget.
7.New equipment introduction.
8.Implement facility construction project and layout modification.

Daily Duties:
1.Organize routine and preventive maintenance plan.
2.Energy consumption supervision and deviation analysis.
3.Spare parts budget planning and management.
4.Keep and update all related equipment documentation and inspection & maintenance record.
5.Maintenance schedule create, maintenance result confirmation.
6.Create or updated related facility and utility procedures.
7.Other work as required by leader.
