职位描述
- Evaluation and validation of potential new suppliers according to the Commodity strategies and Group procedures.
- Improvement of the Supply Base by performing annual process and / or system audits, including follow-up of the corresponding action plans.
- To monitor the performance of the supplier base to ensure that the quality goals for purchased material are understood externally and internally, and that the suppliers continuously improve their processes to meet these quality targets.
- On a monthly basis, to report the performance of the supplier base to allow the creation of the monthly SQD report.
- To analyze and arrange all information regarding quality and logistic problems to secure a good decision base.
- To propose continuous system improvements with regards to quality assurance.
- To drive continuous improvements throughout the supplier base.
- To ensure that our suppliers follow APQP processes to improve the supplied quality delivered into Group plants.
- To ensure that all purchased parts are approved to PPAP level 3, or other level as appropriate and On-Time.


任职要求
Practical experience:
- At least five years’ experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in production engineering or (supplier) quality engineering in automotive industry.

Special requirements:
- Relevant quality tool and techniques (APQP, PPAP, 8D, TS 16949, VDA 6.3 etc...)
- Computer skills including MS Office
- High degree of personal integrity and confidence
- Good conflict management skills
- Facilitation skills with a high focus on solutions
- Frequent travel as required
- Have a good command of written and spoken English. Further linguistic skills are considered an additional qualification.
