主要职责（Main responsibility）：
1. Deliver the tooling requested information from Europe to supplier
2. Discuss with supplier on mould structure/layout and feedback to Europe
3. Weekly tooling process report and timing plan from supplier to Europe
4. Attend the trial run with Europe engineer at supplier side and make record for any issue
5. Following the next trial run and ensure that same parameters are used.
6. Cooperate with Europe team to fix the part issue including dimension.
7. Finish the tooling approval with Europe before shipping out.

次要职责（Minor responsibility）：
1. Support the shipment from supplier to Europe directly.
2. Support for the RFQ



能力要求 (Competence profile )
1. Over 5 years experience on Automotive injection tooling design, tooling project management
2. Skilled in AutoCAD.UG/CATIA.office software.
3. Quality minded for tools and plastic parts.
4. Strong communication skills between supplier and project team.
5. Need to be able to make own decision in given frames and work under tough time.
6. Knowledge of other plastic processes, IMD, IMF over moulding etc.
7. Excellent in technical English language, written and spoken.
8. Knowledge of design for plastic parts. mould flow analysis.plastic raw material/Polymers
