主要职责:

· 来料质量控制及检验文件的编制与更新 Incoming material quality control and documents establish and maintenance.

· 产品生产过程的质量监控 In process quality control and monitor

· 计量管理 Metrology Management

· 产品、材料性能测试 Material/parts testing

· 确保测试方法符合标准,建立新的测试方法满足产品及客户要求。Ensure that testing methods of testing are standardized and complied。Establish new test method for developed product and customer requirement.

· 负责测试设备的维护，新设备的采购和夹具工装跟踪并确认要求 New testing Equipment define /purchase/ maintenance

· 质量统计分析 Quality Data Analysis

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Participate in problem solving for customer complaints; coordinate to handle customer complaint.

· 协助进行问题产品的调查及验证

· Training inspection 、testing method

· 检验测试方法培训

· Participate in continuous improvement in the quality area.

· 参与持续改进

· Carry out other assignment assigned from time to time by boss

· 完成上司布置的其它任务

POSITION DEMANDS:

任职要求

· Mechanical or Material Technical background, understand drawing/print, Familiar with QC tools and MSA, Control Plan

· 机械或材料工艺专科以上学历，懂图纸，熟悉QC工具，MSA分析等质量工具

· At least 2 years work as quality engineer

· 至少两年质量工作经验

· Oral and Written English communication skills at business level

· 具备英语读写能力和口语沟通能力

· Familiar with gauge/testing device/machine usage, Optical gauge/Tensile Machine.

· 熟悉测量仪器、测试设备的使用，如光学量仪、盐雾实验、万能材料实验机等，熟悉实验标准优先。
