Requirement:

- College degree or above, majored in Production Management, Engineering , Logistics, or similar field;

- Minimum 8 years of related working experience with demonstrated increasing responsibility;

- Production background in manufacturing is required (experience in metal fabrication preferred) and understanding of the production procedure;

- Must be highly organized and have good time management skills;

- Strong interpersonal communication skills. Can be firm with suppliers when needed;

- Fluent in English communications, both oral and written;

- Proficient is computer skills;

- Be willing to travel frequently;

Responsibility:

- Ensure that production schedules are met and delivery to customers are completed on time;

- Makes the EDS report on a weekly basis and ensures it’s accuracy;

- Makes the weekly output tracker and ensures it’s accuracy;

- Ensure vendor compliance to delivery by monitoring the material availability for all purchase orders at each supplier;

- May observe the process flows at each supplier and may make suggestions to improve work flow;

- Ensure any change orders are understood and implemented without causing delay;

- Ensure suppliers understand the target ship date and understand the late fees associated with delayed delivery;

- May establish priorities for specific customer orders;

- Confers with suppliers to determine the progress of work is matching the delivery schedule;

- May compile various production reports on weekly/monthly basis as required by the GM or corporate office;

- Works closely with the internal quality group citing any obvious production flaws or potential risks for non-conformities;

- Works closely with the corporate and/or local logistics personnel to report potential delays in shipment;

- May use computer system to track purchase orders and inventory levels;

- May facilitate communications between suppliers and freight forwarders for container needs and ensures container delivery corresponds with intended ship dates;

- Other tasks assigned by General Manager.
