Major Responsibilities And Authority:
1. Set up perfect tooling information and operational procedure.
2. Perfect the self-inspection and products final inspection procedure during the process of production.
3. Strengthen the technical information management. Keep tooling information in good order for the purpose of future using. In the case of production circumstances, he should supply enough technical instruction information and makes sure that the information concerned is under control. Make sure that all information from Galtronics is confidential and cannot be disclosed to any person.
4. Set up tooling correction procedure and explain the audit condition and approval procedure of tooling correction. Make sure the accurate revision of tooling information is used during production process.
5. Responsible for writing and auditing the procedure of indirect and direct material of products.
6. Responsible for setting up the technical inspection standard of machine parts receiving process.
7. Set up engineering technical notification regulation. Giving operators technical training according to operational procedure and tooling information. Understand the tooling consuming rate of material and instruct the operation department to reduce the consuming rate.
8. Coordinate with other department for the job of material and machine parts auditing. Control the process parameter and product capability effectively. Complete the job of machine installation and adjusting.
9. To optimize production process to reduce scrape of raw material
10.Familiar with the environmental aspects related to own dept and the control way

Experience Required:
Above 3 years working experience

Knowledge’s Skills And Abilities:
1. Good Korean both in oral and written
2. Ability of using Auto CAD and Pro-E and good computer skills
3. Willing to assigned to work in Guangzhou for one or two months each year.

Education:
A Bachelors degree or above, major in mechanical is a plus
