Missions:

- Guarantee to deliver all OEM in time and in respect of quality and efficiency cost.

- Deploy the strategy of operation development (manufacturing branch and technology) in line with strategy plan decided in board

- Lead, assist and organize all department (manufacturing, industrial, quality ,HSE) under is responsibilities to ensure that all department implement work in accordance with corporate strategy

Description of Activities:

-Follow indicators of performance for all operation department and make action plan to correct any deviation

-In manufacturing department: guarantee to all people to work in safe condition, follow the manufacturing efficiency (EDO, scrap, labour ratio,..) and balance loading between branch to improve efficiency (transportation and investment), maintain process and tooling in good and safe condition to ensure quality and efficiency to OEM

-In Industrial department: think strategy of improvement on process, technology and flow to provide better efficiency for manufacturing department and new program for OEM

-In Quality department : ensure satisfaction of OEM (participate to visit and management of action plan)

- Priorize and communicate on the short and mid term actions to be sure that department objectives are still in line with the strategy of the company and new request from OEM

- Propose and control investment plan regarding industrial project

- Evaluate the job performance for the person in charge of the designated department

- Control the financial budget defined for the designated department

Profile:

Qualification / Training / Experience

- Bachelor degree

- 10 years in Automotive business, 5 years in operation (manufacturing or industrial) management

Competences:

-5S, KAIZEN, TPM

-cost reduction methodology

-office software

-fluent in English and Chinese

Personal ability:

- leadership ability and strong entrepreneur spirit

- strict with action plan and organization skills

- good professional dedication and ethical & moral standards

- good communication skills
