Responsibility:

1 Responsible of Industrialization of friction/Koni products (gluing application , pressing , curing , painting , finishing machine ( stamping , accessory implementation ) , on automatic one piece flow line and manual process (finishing)
2 Will be in charge of industrialization of products transfer or new projects in link with technical Dpt (RD China and Europe)
3 Optimization of process parameters in order to ensure stability of the process
4 support of RD for new project prototype Trial ( batch0 ) on production (reporting of trials done in link with APQP respand problems detected during trial )
5 Support cross-functional launch team in term of manufacturability
6 Coordinate Engineering Change Request after SOP
7 Validation of new process equipment
8 Coordination of scrap and rework reduction plan
9 Established process for identification of cost reduction opportunities linked to our manufacturing process without impact on quality performance



Requirements:

1 Bachelor degree with Mechanical or Industrial Engineering major or relevant.
2 Around 5 years process engineering experience in mass production process preferably in automotive experience.
3 Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement tools and processes, demonstrated sustainability.
4 Experience with supplier assessment and audits, ISO TS16949 or ISO 9001 knowledge desired.
5 FMEAS, SPC technics, control plan training and practical experience preferred. , lean manufacturing knowledge
6 Strong team player with proven ability to work effectively on cross functional teams.
7 Excellent communication skills , verbal and written English.
8 Ability to travels to visit process suppliers
