Part 1. Describe the Position

Summary:

(1) Job Purpose:
To manage and develop ITT KONI business by achieving targeted budget for application engineering team to support sales win the target and to develop the market required product for business growth.

A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.

? Manage AE team and set up the strategy plan for R&D development.
? Support sales during the sales activity in technical presentation, clarification and technical proposal preparation, finalize the technical agreement with customer .
? Involve in the production process review and give technical support in prototype production.
? Coach the AE team, plan the team development plan with HR and reporting leader.
? Communication with world wide AE team in OB/NL and USA to ensure a good internal process and working efficiency.
? Define the product development plan with team.

Part 2. Describe the Person

A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).
? Bachelor Degree level, preferably in an Engineering discipline.
? Minimum 3-year experience in an Engineering position, preferably within the dampers industry and Application Engineer background.
? Working experience in Bus, Truck, Trailer and Railway markets is preferred.
? Fluency in reading, written and spoken English and Mandarin.
? Excellent communication skill and willing to take challenges
The position requires travels.

? Good market knowledge of Bus, Truck, Trailer and Railway
? Familiar with damper products and applications
? Good skills of building customer relationships
