Responsibility:

1 Be involved advance production quality plan and organize checking on all the stage of project from feasibility until Start of Production
2 Understand the customer's needs and provide appropriate documentation to the customers during development
3 Be Proactive during APQP phases to avoid problem during production ( feedback and correctives actions ) and analyze potential failure mode
4 To be the link between Quality and program manager/ R&D ( Chinese and European )
5 To create friction parts approval report (PPAP) and evaluation for parts and process capability
6 To provide Certificates for each batch of friction products ( measurement performed by quality inspectors )

Requirements:

1. University education, mechanical engineering integration
2. More than 3 years' experience in supplier quality control, especially in mass production, stamping ormechanical product is preferred.
3. A strong coordination and communication capabilities with internal and external customers,and the ability to deal with quality issues, adhere to theprinciple of strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and good at learning and training staff.
4. Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese language ability
5. Skilled use of Office software
6. Familiar with the ISO9001/ISO TS16949 quality system , PPAP documentation , APQP tools ,PFMEA , quality control tools , SPC and measurement tools ,knowledge of project phases
7. Product & parts knowledge
8. To be responsible and teamwork
9. Ability to travels
