职位描述
1.Balance the capacity utilization, efficiency and production lead time through prioritization.
2.Run MRP to create resources proposal e.g. material purchase proposal and manufacturing order proposal, analyze the
3.proposal with solving the exception case before release MRP report to procurer, keep communication with procurer for the
material availability (exception delay, reschedule, expedition)
4.Generate production schedule (weekly, monthly), rolling update with confirmed capacity and material release to production
department.
5.Keep close control of production schedule execution, coordinate to ensure the fix exceptional issue which impact production
progress in time and in priority.
6.Closely interact with the co-workers in related functions like Production, Engineering, Customer service, Purchase, Q uality to
secure the resource to fulfill the production schedule
7.Keep tracking of production efficiency, productivity and manufacturing order completion on time rate
8. Monitor repsonsible stock data in ERP system and physical inventory
9.Organize meeting for routine review of production plan execution and exceptional case which may stop the production
10.Other assignment from the superior


任职要求
1. Major in Engineering or business, basic knowledge/experience of assembly,process and machinery
2. 3+ years experience on production planning (Prefer mechanical making / assembly) in foreign invested company
3.Customer focus, good communications with different functions
4.Sense of duty, strong capability of problem solving
5. Good at data analysis and good coordination ability
6. Capability to balance the capacity utilization, material availability in high efficiency and quick response
7. Experienced in MS office and ERP system, SAP is preferred
8. Strong personality, Target oriented, Self motivated, Positive, Integrity
9. Knowledge of Kanban/JIT will be preferred
