Purpose of position:

Design and develop seat frame weld & assembly process for new seating programs in Futuris new plant in Wuxi (无锡惠山区）

Lead continuous improvement activities to improve the production processes to world class manufacturing standards.

Main Responsibilities

1. Support engineering team for DFM/DFA to achieve good seat frame weld & assembly process;

2. Design seat frame process flow chart for new program;

3. Developing PFMEA for seat frame process ;

4. Design layout for new seat frame process ;

5. Study and collect time cost data, finish standard time for each seat program;

6. Developing fixture and tool specification or detail design for new seat frame process;

7. Developing trolley , container specification or detail design which transfer components inside of the plant;

8. Support Logistic department to review and confirm supplier’s package design;

9. Support Logistic department to review and confirm finish good package design ;

10. Tracking equipment plan and technical support for equipment supplier;

11. Organize all related equipment installating, debugging and acceptance;

12. Developing work instruction for new seat frame process ;

13. Training operators for new seat frame process;

14. Study new process capability to make sure all key characteristics have enough process capability;

15. Research process for launched program to reduce process variation to achieve continuous improvement.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or related discipline；
2. Minimum 3 years working experience and at least 1 year similar expeience in Automotive industry;
3. Good knowledge of manufacture engineering ;
4. Good skill of APQP, especial for PFC , PFMEA , WI etc ;
5. Good skill of design layout ;
6. Good skill of welding , Knowledge for Tube bending process will be preferred;
7. Good skill of design or develop fixture or tool for seat frame process ;
8. Familiar with packaging design;
9. Good skill of office software , Autocad , Familiar with 3D software will be preferred ;
