This position is based in Futuris new WOPE plant in Wuxi (无锡惠山开发区）and provide day to day purchsing sevices for the operation.

Responsibilities:

• Support logistics depart to make master planning and material procurement plan.
• Release procurement order in system, and send to suppliers, and keep tracking of delivery to ensure material supply timely.
• Support to develop and improve supplier from quality, cost and delivery metrics.
• Manage document like Purchase Orders and Supply Contracts etc.
• Work with SQE to manage existing suppliers to monitor supplier performance in line with company policy.
• Support daily supplier payment issues etc.
• Support purchasing manager and Headquarter team to implement company purchasing strategy.
• Other works assigned by Manager.

Requirements:

1. Diploma degree or above

2. at least 3-year purchasing experience, prefer in automotive industry

3. Good ability to understand technical drawings, engineering background preferred

4. Strong communication and negotiation skills

5. Result-oriented and reliable

6. Good command of English, both speaking and writing
