Aim:
Responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring volume, quality and cost goals

- Be responsible for the overall production management work
- To ensure, during the assigned shift, the execution of production plans in full compliance with the forecast constraints (quality, quantities, mix and delivery times) and costs (production efficiency, containment of waste), optimizing the available resources.
- To monitor the state of advancement of production, dealing with any anomalies and technical problems.
- To ensure the proper management of the equipment and materials assigned to him.
- To ensure the management and development of his staff.
- To guarantee the efficiency ( machinery and equipment) related to own production sector
- To ensure compliance with and application of legislation and regulations related to safety
- To propone measures for productivity increase.

Requirement:

1. College degree, mechanical background
2. At least 5 years working experience in production line with
management experience
3. Good English skills
4. Product - Process;
5. Production planning and scheduling;
6. Process control;
7. Plant and machinery;
8. Environmental and safety norms and legislation;
9. Testing and trial methodologies;
10. Time and methods;
11. Quality System.
