Responsibility:

1. Take charge of all environment, safety and health related job roles;
2. Provide strong leadership in ensuring regulatory compliance with Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) laws and regulations, and in identifying, quantifying and minimizing risk for the plant.
3. Monitor governmental requirements pertaining to ESH legislation, determine their applicability to the operation and take action to address applicable requirements.
4. Ensure that up-to-date regulatory /compliance legislation is maintained at the facility.
5. Develop, implement and provide ESH training and education programs and deliver ESH orientation to new hires.
6. Establish and maintain ISO14001 system.
7. Recommend actions for complying with applicable existing ESH Policies, governmental laws and regulations and industry standards.
8. Assure appropriate applications, data, report, records and documentation are collected, prepared, submitted and maintained as required by company policy and government regulation.
9. Review plant projects for adequacy in meeting Industrial Hygiene & Environmental criteria.
10. Provide leadership and support to gain commitment and involvement of all plant personnel to ESH programs and measurements;
11. Development of employee-specific safety responsibilities, and risk assessment and program assessment activities through the collection and analysis of Key Performance Indicators.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in environmental protection, safety engineering, industrial hygiene or chemistry, chemical engineering is acceptable.
2. At least five years experience in ESH management in automotive or mechanical, equipment industry.
3. Strong ability to work in a team and cross function cooperation.
4. Strong analytical and negotiation skills required.
5. Well organized and good planning skills
6. Good communication skills (verbal and written English)
7. Logistically and good team work spirit.
