1. To manage all equipment, maintenance and facility related job to supervise various disciplines of preventive maintenance, emergency repair processes and spare parts inventory process
2. To establish standards, policies, manuals and practices relating to equipment maintenance, quality, costing reduction, safety, ergonomics, etc
3. To maintain facility and equipment, machines in good condition, in the meanwhile to analyze, track, control and reduce PM and repairing cost and labor cost.
4. To maintain the whole plant area in a green, clean and orderly shape;
5. To maintain all safety equipments (mainly sprinkler system) operational all the time;
6. To support Administration on Office furniture, canteen and other affairs.
7. Plan and lead TPM activities for the entire plants.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above is necessary, major in mechanical/electrical technology or similar
2. At least 8 yrs working experience, 5 years at managerial position;
3. Rich experience with the maintenance of production equipments (CNC machining, welding, assembly, testing, and etc.);
4. Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking)
5. Team work oriented, proactive, good interpersonal skill and mature of character.
