Responsibilities:
1.Assure that the processes and procedures required to professionally manage project risk and profitability are effectively executed in manufacture operations
2.Provide strategy, analysis, and plans for business development for improvement of manufacturing process and reduction of operation cost
3.Responsible for development of lean order processes and participation in their implementation together with the balance of the Operations staff;
4.Responsible for overall Pump and accessory business as it relates to the critical processes improvements that drive positive financial results;
5.Closely Link with the VBSS and outside consultants in identifying, planning and directing process improvement opportunities
6.Supports and shares responsibility for the efficient and effective management of the operations team to meet organizational goals.
7.Work with Managers/Supervisors to ensure safety, production, cost, on time delivery, and quality standards are met.


Requirements:
1.Education: B.S./B.A. or above in Engineering, Industrial or Business preferred or equivalent experience
2.Experience: 5+ years of experience; includes emphasis on engineering, contract management, procurement and lean processes; 3+ years of Supervisory experience;
3.Financial, budgeting & analytical skills;
4.Experience in Lean Enterprise/Principles;
5.Strong leadership, team building skills & Strategic abilities;
6.Good English in speaking and writing.
