MISSION :

? Be responsible for the overall product quality control, production process in the workshop specialized in the production line;
? Organize inspection of parts and process manufacturing
? Follow up of production during start of production SOP (batch 0)
? Editing documentation for production
? Management of quality inspectors

DUTIES:

Availability to read drawings and specifications
Ensure the respect of inspection criteria defined inside control plan
Realize dimensional and physicals test with quality inspectors assistance on each production team
Evaluation and validation of test results
Implementation of statistical measurement of the process
Batch certification

Support of central organisation for follow up of start of production
Defined complete set up of process parameters and production facilities
Technical approval based on physicals properties according to the drawings

Editing and writing of quality production documents in Chinese/English
Training of production peoples
Management of STFA (standard of manufacturing)

Improving and monitoring of inspection process
Support for problem solving during the production
Organization of quality inspector's activity
Archiving of batch masters parts

EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor degree with over 5 years working experience in automotive or mechanical industry;
Knowledge of mass production (superior technical studies or experience)
Experience in automotive or subcontractor industry expected
Knowledge of ISO TS 16949 or ISO 9001 / Statistical analysis
Fluent English speaking (write / reading and understanding)
No problem for travelling in Europe if there is an opportunity.
