Description：
1. Perform metallurgical testing according to 1E, GB, ASTM or other standards and make professional evaluations on the results.
2. Coach technicians to conduct the testing and sample preparation.
3. Involve in lab management and 5S maintenance.
4. Solve the shop problem timely.
5. Work with quality, operation or product group to solve the material related issue timely by good communication.

Qualifications：
1. Requires an accredited material or related engineering degree or equivalent experience and excellent analytical skills. Bachelor or master grade is preferred.
2. Incumbents have usually gained 2 years experience and have exhibited ability to work on increasingly more complex assignments.
3. Experience working with a different unit or working with different products, processes or systems is desirable.
4. Must have ability to communicate effectively with team members and others in the work group, as well employees in other units, customers and suppliers.
5. Failure analysis capability and experiences in metallurgical lab is preferred.
6. Fluent English speaking and presentation ability is preferred.
7. Other testing knowledge is preferred, like UT.
