Description
1.Maintain Forecast (Communication on demand change with related party, upload into SAP)
2.To analyze the Customer Demand (Forecast) together with Prod Dept and Material Planner for Capacity building, material preparation.
3.To follow up missing parts with Material planner
4.Review customer production schedules and discuss delivery issues.
5.To make Production schedule as per received customer orders considering capacity and material availability
6.Release production order in SAP and follow the realization.
7.To follow-up production performance in shop floor, and confirm Prod order accordingly in SAP, to make scheduling adjustment as per actual production conditions (Staff, Fixture, quality/reworking issues)
8.To monitor each order’s production to insure delivery order as confirmed delivery date, if there are some delay, keep communication with customer and reschedule order delivery
9.To make delivery as scheduled (To arrange transportation, prepare shipping paper, create outbound delivery in SAP, inform customer)
10.Manage finish goods inventory.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Requires college degree or above
At least three years working experience as production planner. A general knowledge of material management processes, inventory control, manufacturing operations and processes, procurement methodology will be a plus.
Excellent communication skill. Can work with all levels both inside and outside the Company.
SAP experience. A KUB experience will be a plus.
Good reading and writing in English. Good listening and oral English will be a plus.
