Position Description:
Coordinates and executes program requirements with a cross-functional team by developing and evaluating program plans and progress.


Job Description/Principal Accountabilities:
? Establishes program objectives by analyzing program proposal; collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
? Establishes program per the Company C2C process; determining time frame, funding, staffing and program schedule.
? Establishes and achieves financial objectives by preparing a program budget; scheduling and approving expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
? Confirms program performance by establishing standards; testing requirements.
? Prepares program status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
? Accountable for delivering program objectives.
? Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
? Controls program plan and schedule changes. Monitors scope of program/project and the need for management attention.



Requirements/Qualifications:
? 7-10 years experience in multiple functions such as manufacturing, operations, materials, quality, sales, program management
? About 5 years experience with drive train products utilized in off-highway or specialty business segments
? Bachelors’ degree in Engineering, Business or Finance.
? Demonstrated management leadership and communication skills
? Engineering or Manufacturing involvement in the launch of a new product preferred
? Project team leader；
