Position Responsibility:

1. Support to implement a written territory business strategy. To implement the strategy, the application manager should be able to conduct following responsibility.
i.Pre-sales application support
-Scope of supported products: Photonics products like optical test and measurement, laser diode instrumentation and testing systems, and tunable laser source.
-Communicate the technical questions with factory in the United States.
-Prepare technical documentation and presentations for sales team.
ii.Installation/Troubleshoot
-Working with post sales team in Wuxi for system installation and trouble shooting, feedback product problems to product line and suggest for product improvement.
iii.Training
-Provide training to the end users on photonics products
-Provide training to distributors.
iv.After-sales application support
-Trouble shooting
-Communicate the application problems with factory in US.

2. Support to implement corporate objective.
i.Sales objective
ii.Market share objective
iii.Organization development objective
iv.Customer satisfaction objective

3.Support distributor in the region to achieve sales objectives.

Product Lines: Photonics

Customers: Develop key industrial and OEM accounts, as well as key scientific customers/projects in the territories. Supporting role to A&P for other industrial and SCI accounts.


Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in lasers, telecommunication, optics, physics or any other related fields.
2.At least 3 years work experience in relevant fields, experience in laser diode or telecommunication is a plus
3.Like team work and desire to develop
4.Fluent English in reading and can speak to express his/her ideas
