工作职责：

1. Make relative preparation according to project requirement, and confirm the boundary condition with project manager for project start. 在项目开始前，根据项目要求做好相应准备工作，并与项目经理确认项目临界条件。

2. Assist the project manager to make project management and risk forecast, actively communicate with project manager and solve the open issues. 协助项目经理进行项目管理及风险预测，与项目经理积极沟通并解决开放事项。

3. Project coordination internally, actively communicate with other departments and solve the open issues. 项目的内部协调，积极与相关部门沟通并解决开放事项。

4. Submit and analyze the progress of project termly, trace and control the progress and quality as the project time schedule required.定期分析并报告项目进展情况，按项目进度表跟踪并控制项目各环节的进度与质量。

5. Project review and report termly. 定期评估项目并作成报告。

6. Other tasks assigned by the project manager. 项目经理安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. Bachelor Degree or higher in mechanical or electrical engineering or relative specialties.
本科及以上学历,机械、电气工程相关专业.

2. 2+ year experience in manufacturing industry; experience of participation in projects.

2年以上制造业项目参与实施经验.

3. Excellent communication ability, question solution ability as well as good writing skills.

良好的沟通能力，问题解决能力及书面表达能力.

4. Be familiar with MS-Office-Tools, AutoCAD.

熟练应用Office办公软件, AutoCAD.

5. Good English/German ability for technological and project management communication.

良好的英文/德文能力，能够就技术问题及项目管理问题进行沟通.

6. Excellent project coordination skills and team spirit.

良好的项目协调能力，具有团队精神.

7. Oversea study/working experience is preferred.

国外学习、工作经验者优先.
