1.planning:
(i)organize daily meeting to follow up the results
(ii) Host weekly line leader meeting,in order to ensure timely product delivery
(iii) Review material plan and monitor execution in order to ensure production operation smoothly
in order to improve the on time delivery.
2.Policies and procedures
Define and implement new/updated department policies, procedures and systems and monitor execution in order to comply with company department operation
3.People management and development
(i)Responsible for work discipline implementation
(ii)Create KAIZEN system to encourage staff give their improvement ideas
(iii)Evaluate employee’s performance
(iv) Resolve people issues in the team in order to achieve targeted department performance
in order to improve team building
4.Production management
(i) Responsible for managing scrap, hourly production rate to standard, efficiency, downtime and overtime;
(ii) Detect and solve production issues, coordinate resource in order to ensure production operation smoothly and safely with high quality and efficiency
(iii)Manage day to day 5S,discipline,daily maintenance and on time close of workorder
(iv)Coach project team & manage multi-skill training.
in order to improve efficiency.
5.Continuous improvement
(i)Take part in the continuous improvement in the workshop
(ii) define improvement action plan and monitor improvement progress
in order to meet company requirement
