Key Accountabilities:

1.Set up manufacturing process and documentations (WI,Flow chart)

2.Cycle time measuring and time study

3.Support new production line layout and setup

4.Production equipment/tooling/fixture/jig design,purchase,setup and accept

5.Take lead FA building

6.Trouble shooting of production line

7.FPY(first passed yield)improvements

8.Production capacity calculation(cycle time and headcount calculation)

9.Setup robust production with LEAN tools

Requirements:

1.University mechanical degree or above

2.Minimum of five years of manufacturing engineering experience on mechanicals assembly

3.Strong experience on manufacturing process setup and control

4.Heavy mechanical equipment manufacturing experience is preferred

5.Be familiar with LEAN manufacturing

6.New production line layout and building experience is must

7.Good communication skills,ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin Chinese

8.Team player wiht positive attitude, can work under high atmosphere and tight schedule
