Part 1. Describe the Position
Summary:
? Product management on EV, Medical product lines and Industrial
? FAE role to support Sales activity for design-in & on-site technical support
MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF JOB:
？ Responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products.
？ It also includes working with sales, marketing, operation and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy & goals.
？ On-site technical support to sales team.

2. AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
？ Propose an overall budget to ensure success
？ Define the product strategy and roadmap with prioritized features and corresponding justification
？ Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product to the target markets
？ Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
？ Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities for brand label
？ Propose new market opportunity & work closely with all affiliates, engineering and WW sales organization for maximum market penetration
？ Be an expert with respect to the competition from product management perspective
？ Brief and train the sales force & develop sales tools and collateral
？ Perform product demos to customers and support Roadshow and exhibition
？ Performs other related duties as assigned.

1. New product development;
2. Support salesmen on responsible product lines (e.g. sample, technical questions, join-call if necessary);
3. Help OPS to drive cost down activities;
4. Help on sales promotion and activities;
5. Pricing – Channel partner & SPA input;
6. Project transfer support;

3. EDUCATION:
？ Degree in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, Marketing or equivalent
？ Education Level: College

4. EXPERIENCE:
？ Minimum of (5) years’ experience in electronics field area, connector or passive component experience is preferable
？ Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
？ Technical background, with experience in Interconnect products
？ Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and travel is required
？ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
？ Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
？ Excellent teamwork skills
