职位描述

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contract Management

Daily quotation to both internal sales and external customers
Making detailed log and upload of every project for documentation and follow up
Contract filing, internal review process
authorization letter making and sending

2. Documentation and Translation

Support product manager for PI & MSDS sorting, filing and delivery
Conference translation and minutes
Support for salesman of the Sales bidding document preparation
Foreign colleagues' daily admin support;

3. Inner System Management

Document file and inner communication software open, organization and authorization setting

4. Sales Reporting

Monthly Sales report, data analyse, PPT making for Sales executive meeting
Support for key projects following up
Support for annual sales budget collection and summarizing
Salesman's trip report and agenda management
Salesman KPI collecting
Salesman AR collecting and remind

5. Sales & PM Office admin support

Air ticket booking
Department expense management
Receive the department inquiry calls and distribute the sales leads to salesman
Department Gift custody
Department activities, team building's coordination and organization
Other ad supporting work

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years’similar experience

2. With good business sense, understand the basic knowledge of sales and business management, have working experience in chemical or machinery industry is preferred

3. Excellent communication and coordination skills

4. Customer focus - can do, and service oriented

5. Responsible, willing to learn, creative and proactive

6. Detailed oriented, careful, thoughtful, with high sense of responsibility and good sense of confidentiality

7. Problem solving skills

8. Team spirit

9. Excellent Chinese & English in written and spoken (also for meeting translation)
