MISSION

1.To be the quality representative for a certain product/project team to ensure all quality activities inside product/project scope be implemented and maintained properly in line with the quality directives;

2.To provide quality expertise to product/project managers to ensure quality is fully integrated into the product/project transferring or launching process;

3.To secure the quality directives and standards during mass production for its responsible products/projects;

4.To support quality control team, customer service team and production team to solve operational quality issues in regards to his/her products/projects.

RESPOSIBILITIES

1. Develop products/projects related quality assurance process, including methods and criteria;

-Create production quality acceptance standards and raw material inspection work instructions;

-Define quality control tools for whole quality control loop in WPF and introduce it to quality control and production team;

2. Qualify raw materials and co-work with supplier quality team to solve outstanding supplier quality issues;

- Work with product/project team to qualify internal purchased raw materials and develop corresponding incoming inspection instructions;

- Support supplier quality team to solve significant supplier quality issues related to his/her products/projects;

3. Resolve product/projects related manufacturing quality issues;

- Monitor the production quality performance of his/her product/projects and solve issues;

- Co-work with quality control team to assure manufacturing quality;

4. To be quality representative of product/projects team to secure the quality;

5. Decision maker of product/Project quality issues whatever material, process and product

6. Interact with customer service team to handle customer complains;

7. In responsible for WPF ISO system maintenance;

8. Co-ordinate products/projects related quality meetings and quality processes ( CCMP/RTE/G3R).

REQUIREMENTS

1. At least 5 year quality engineer experience with solid exposure to multi-national organization;

2. Bachelor degree of engineering or equivalent;

3. Certified Quality Engineer or Quality engineer experience with design and manufacturing mixed environment;

4. Good command of English or Japanese or French;

5. Above 28 years old.
