Responsibilities
General Purchasing Activities:
?Applies Purchasing Code of Ethics and General terms of purchase rules.
?With Sourcing Committee (Soco), to negotiate all local contracts (using tools like BOL, Lean Investment methodology…) in order to reach the purchasing performance objectives.
?Follows the performance and provides PUMA reporting within the requested delivery time.
?Solves potential dispute with suppliers (with the help of Segment Leader if relevant).
?Participates to coordination meetings and answers to enquiries from Segment Leader.
?Respect V5000 standards.
?In charge of environment audit at suppliers.
?In charge of chemical warehouse audit.
?Responsible for identifying the environment factors for own department and area.
General Expenses Purchasing:
?Drives annual negotiations, manages the services contracts and makes QCD follow up.
?Launches request for tenders.
?Promotes and implement best practices in terms of consumption reduction and contributes to -30 Plan.
Investment Purchasing:
?Proposes to industrial project leader suppliers to be consulted and participates to business award.
?Negotiates the supply contract for major projects.
?Follows acceptances payments of the equipments.
Panel Management:
?Applies Group or National Contracts in cooperation of Segment Leader.
?Builds and optimizes the panel according to group / national strategy and site needs.
?Select IN&OUT suppliers and drives resourcing.
Administration & Information Systems:
?Create suppliers accounts in SAP.
?Update the data bases (C1, PUMA…).
?Validate, edit and mail Purchase Orders.
?Archive Purchase Orders Duplicates.
?Promote the e-procurement tool.

Qualifications
-Bachelor degree majored in Engineering.
-5+ years’ working experience in Purchasing, R&D, Industrialization or Quality.
-Knowledge of the main purchasing concepts, of purchasing tools and methodologies.
-Chemical purchase qualification to be in align with regulation and law.
-Commercial negotiation skills.
-Good general technical knowledge.
-Fluent English skill.
-Good computer skills on PC software, Internet.
