Responsibilities:

1. Ideally a person with experience in Chemical/Plastic sector with knowledge of the different process and machines of the sector and familiar with potential customers to provide sector insight and knowledge.    

2. Organize the Chemical sector team to provide the adequate level of service requested by the market.    

3. Organize the sales team to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency in customer visits and customer communication.    

4. Motivate the team by defining ambitious sales targets and set effective KPI to increase sales and acquire new customers.   

5. Frequently visit customers together with sales to have fresh market information and understand new opportunities and threats.    

6. Handle important negotiations with Key Customers.    

7. Suggest product range improvement to better match market requirements.    

8. Prepare Sector yearly budget.    

9. Prepare Sector market potential.

10. Other  task assigned by leader.

Qualifications:

1. 5 years minimum sales working experience in a top player company producing equipment or systems in Chemical/Plastic industry.    

2. Strong technical and marketing skills.    

3. Strong sector knowledge.    

4. Excellent interpersonal communication skill at all levels.   

5. Project management skills.   

6. Fluent use of written and spoken English.   

7. Technical background is required.
