Key Responsibilities:

1．   New test bench construction (weight: 10%).

-      Assist R&D engineer to qualify test bench equipment vendors.

-      Test lab facility management and support new test bench requirement analysis.

-      Test bench onsite construction management and bench delivery in time in quality.

2．   Performance test bench operation (weight: 60%).

-     Product test projects management, test schedule design based on customer's requirement.

-     Test equipment regular maintain.

-     Product performance test case execution and test data validation, test report edit and release.

-     Analyze the experimental data and issue the experiment report.

-     Requirement definition of test equipment, design of test tooling with internal & external support.

 

3.    Performance test equipment management. (weight: 30%)

-   Test instrument maintenance including instrument calibration.

-   Samples including test oil, test pieces, clutches, adapters management.

-   Manage test field mechanical tasks and workload with internal and external interfaces

-   Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirement & Qualification

1.      Working Experience:  More than 3 years equipment operation and maintenance working experience.

2.      Education Background:  Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or automotive engineering

3.      Competency & Certification:

-     Learning ability & team work.

-     Communication and coordination ability.

-     Rigorous and meticulous.

-     Open-minded and be able to work in team.

-     Conceptual, analytical thinking and creative in problem solving.

-     Do not afraid to ‘get their hands dirty’.

  Good English and Chinese both in written and oral.
