职责描述：

    The Digital BA will be responsible for interacting with local business to understand business requirements on all in-scope digital systems / applications. He/she will act as a key liaison between product team and business to recommend and deliver the right digital solutions

任职要求：
Scope of Work:

– Interact with local business to understand business requirements on all in-scope digital systems / applications

– Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications, system interfaces, data flow of systems / applications

– Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders

– Identify the current- and future-state business processes

– Help the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future

– Provide recommendations on solutions of all in-scope digital systems / applications

– Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution

– Deliver elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables

- Validate the product deliveries, update documentations and give trainings to users

- Language : China native speaker, fluent in English written and spoken

- Education Level : Bechelor degree in computer science or other engineering study, Master degree is a plus.  

- Expected to be worked for at least 1 year

- Working Hour : 9:30 - 18:30

- 5 days work per week (Monday – Friday)
