根据生产部的整体工作安排，统筹安排生产，保证生产信息准确传递与反馈，及时、安全、合格完成生产任务。确保所有产品根据有关文件生产；制定有关操作SOP文件，并确保严格实施；保证部门人员的培训及团结；监督生产条件、环境、设施等应符合相关规定； 进行相应检查与改进。负责OEE的收集整理与数据统计，优化生产。
岗 位 主 要 职 责
1. 配合生产部的整体工作安排建立生产作业计划，保证生产信息准确传递与反馈，及时落实、完成生产任务。
2. 确保所有产品严格根据有关文件生产，以便获得所需质量;制定或批准有关SOP、生产操作指令等，并确保其严格实施。
3. 负责OEE的收集整理与数据统计。.
4. 严格生产现场管理与生产过程控制，对操作人员及时进行相关指导，确保所有产品合格。对生产操作过程的异常、偏差进行纠正与预防。
5. 5S 活动的具体实施与推进。

Arrange production according to department schedule, ensure correct production information delivery and feedback, ensure production task to be fulfil safety, in good quality and in time. To work with production file draft and implementation. Responsible for internal training and solidarity. Monitor working circumstance, facilities and conditions which comply with the related requirements, checks and improvement continuously. Responsible for OEE’s data collection and file, optimize product.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/
1.Build production plan based on production working arrangement, ensure production information accurate delivery and feedback, arrange and finish task in time.
2.Ensure that all the products are manufactured according to the relevant company regulation and documents in order to guarantee the quality of the products. Write up or approve the relevant SOPs, Production Instructions, etc. And ensure its implementation.
3.Responsible for OEE data collection and statistic analysis
4.Strictly manage the production site and control the production process to ensure that all the products produced are qualified. Correct and prevent deviations in production.
5.5S activity implement and boosting.
