1、测量/检测原材料和供应商管理。
Measure and check the raw material and manage supplier quality.
2、测量/检测成品，半成品及首件检查，过程控制。
Measure and check the finished product,semi-finished product and the initial checking and process control.
3、质量登记和记录
Make a record for each batch product.
4、参与公司产品质量分析、编制质量控制计划与目标。
Join the quality issue analysis,make the plan and target for quality.
5、协调内部相关部门对质量问题进行分析，并监督改善措施的执行情况和效果。
Coordinate with internal people to analysis the quality problems,and monitor the process and effective of improvement.
6、持续监控所有质量目标的进展，履行必要的改进措施。
Persist to monitor the evolution of quality targets,implement the necessary improving action.
7、团结同事，合理有效发挥每一位员工的作用。
Unite with the colleagues;bring every staff's capability into play effectively.
8、严格遵守各项规定。
Strictly obey all company rules and regulations.

职位要求：
1、三年以上在电子行业或相关工作背景,要求男性，有变压器相关经验优先
Min 3 years or more years working experience in electrical/eletronic Company,similar background.
2、熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系；了解ISO9000质量体系在企业的运作方法；了解产品工艺流程；熟悉运用质量管理工具及方法
Be familiar with ISO9000 quality system,understand the operational method of ISO9000 and product technology flow,be familiar with how to use quality tools and method.
3、受过ISO9001和ISO14001等相关培训
Have the training of ISO9001 and IS014001 system or it will be given sine he/she work for our company
4、良好的沟通能力，有较强的团队合作精神和敬业精神。
Good communication skills and team work style.
