Job Description,
Engineering of SDE Dept. for supplier quality control/communication, new product/process introduction and issue handling.As a SDE engineer, you will be responsible for delivering known good material to MEMSIC. Your responsibilities will include manufacturing, designing and developing outsourcing process and product, testing the product, and materials used for MEMSIC products.
1.Report to SDE manager;
2.Co-Work with other SDE engineer;
3.Work closely with supplier at supplier sites;
4.Supplier quality control, monitor and prevention activity according to PDCA process;
5.Work closely with the engineering, purchasing and QA teams.
Job Requirement,
1.Experience in TS16949 requirements;
2.Supplier audit to system audit and process audit;
3.Knowledge of semiconductor assembly;
4.Knowledge of SMT technology;
5.Willing to communicate with internal and external customer;
6.New production and new process introduction;
7.Able to speak, read and write in English;
8. 3 years above of experience in QA organization of product development company;
9.Excellent understanding of assembly process;
10.Reasonable knowledge of technologies in plastic injection, SMT, molding processes;
11.Good exposure to open source automation tools;
12.Self starter and strong aptitude;
13.Material science is preferred.
