Responsible for the CNC programme and tolling/负责CNC编程和模具

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: /基本的职责和义务:
Programme the machine on thw machine itsself or even by computer by using the ISO or Fanuc codes (Fanuc is preferred)负责设备的编程，或者是通过使用ISO或Fanuc代码进行编程（Fanuc系统优先）
Management of the programme (modify, save, send and receive)/对于程序的管理（修改，保存，收发）
Ability to carry out the machining tools Set Up/具备安装机加工工装夹具的能力
Management of the tools on the machine or in the tool room/管理机器上和工具间里的工装夹具和模具。
Statistical controll of the consumed tools/统计控制消耗的工装夹具和模具
Ensure order and clealiness of the tool room/保证工装夹具和模具间的清洁和有序

Education and/or Experience:/教育和经验要求：
Professional degree in mechanical machining processes field/机械加工相关背景专业毕业
at least 4 year of workshop experience/至少4年车间工作经验

Skills:/技能
Knowledge of technical design/技术设计方面的知识。
Knowledge of mechanical processes/机械加工方面的知识
Knowledge of tools related to the burr removal machining tools (Milling cutter, bars, reamers, broaches..) and all the releted parameters机加工除毛刺相关工装夹具的知识（铣刀，钻床，拉床）以及所有相关参数。
Knowledge of the measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, reamer, buffer P/NP)/量具方面的知识（测径器，千分尺，钻床，缓冲器P/NP），
Ability in using the ISO System to fulfill the CNC programme (preference for the knowledge of the Fanuc controll)/具备运用ISO体系来执行数控编程的能力（熟悉Fanuc系统者优先）
Ability to carry out the machining tools Set Up/具备安装机加工工装夹具的能力
Ability to set both standard and special tools/具备制作标准或非标准工装夹具的能力

The screw conveyer, fitter, pressure relief valve, butterfly valve, level indicator, fluding pads, vibrator, etc. become the standard equipment for their mix station.
