Title: China Supply Chain Support

    

Responsibility:

    

- Routine work - Export and Analyze system reports from system, including Inventory, safety stock, Non-Contribution Inventory, etc.

    

- Open orders follow up to ensure supplier on time delivery.

    

- Arrange lab test plan, and create lab test request, as well as work with product managers, QC/QA in Fastenal and Fastco for any of product problems.

    

- Corporate documents management.

    

- Supplier scorecard management, including quality, price negotiation, On-Time Delivery, service, etc.

    

- Support Logistic department to arrange custom clearance, including prepare import & export packing list & commercial invoice

    

- Collect products information to get HS code.

    

    

Requirement:

    

- College graduates or above education;

    

- 1 year work experience related is preferred;

    

- Good at Microsoft, especially can use Excel fluently;

    

- Analytical, driven, open minded and goal oriented;

    

- Good communication and negotiation skills in both Chinese and English;

    

- The ability to work independently and willing to work hard;
