·  Responsible for assigned customers for business growth, in-line with the Strategic Plan and Operating Plan of ITT CCT;

·  To carry out direct sales activities to develop new business that aligns with the ITT CCT's strategic sales direction;

·  To follow up enquiry and request from new customers;

·  Achieve sales budget and key objectives;

·  Provide regular feedback to sales management on new business opportunities, customers status, competitors activities and pricing & technology trend;

·  Work closely with customer service, operations and Product Marketing management to support customers;

·  Develop sales plan/forecast, long-term strategic plan, and input competitor information as it becomes available;

·  Manage and develop professional relationships with assigned global distribution channels as well as develop new local distributors in the region

·  Perform other related duties as assigned

岗位需求：

• 3-5 years related working experience in Medical/Rail/Aerospace/EV/Industrial market. Preferred experience in connector industry;
• The ability to work well under pressure and take on new challenges;
• Interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, proficiency in both spoken and written English;
• Willing to travel and familiar with ASEAN culture is preferred
• Independence and self-reliance;
