职位描述
Lead to analyze and improve industrial productivity
-- Implement SPS of Kanban and SIM, hourly basis record for all lines, and Re-architecture lines to increase IE.
-- Make capacity line balance study, identify bottleneck process and optimize process to increase IE.
-- Reduce MDR and CNQ by launching technical modification and 6 s projects.
Optimize & achieve a high level of quality and service
-- Optimize flow processes and to improve customer service level.
-- Maintain & increase processes reliability by monitoring and driving quality issues solving with other relevant departments.
Lead to determine & design production process, equipment & layout
-- Define & design tool/fixture, product process (from material to packaged goods), implement process change & flow chart and follow up.
-- Define process specification and lead to approve the new equipment/fixtures.
-- Study product line, and give proposal of manufacturing arrangement for production.
Document integration and standards
-- Establish, analyze and update company common work standards.
-- Integrated document including process document, external document, improving projects & Cpk.
-- Providing training to operators for WI.
Contribution to specific project
-- Support new offer project for launching on schedule, contribution on equipment approval, improvement and other issues solving in Product Realization Process
-- Support purchaser to do outsourcing (process technical support, component batch size and packaging definition)
