工作描述:
- 直接面对终端生产制造型企业,将公司价值理念传递给客户,并进行产品销售。
- 管理和理解客户的需求 ,倾听了解客户的问题与期望,有的放矢提供解决方案。
- 开拓新市场,并维护老客户,达成销售目标。
- 高频率客户拜访,获取新项目信息。
- 与产品应用工程师合作,为客户提供技术支持,合适的解决方案及高性价比产品。
- 管理项目进展,并追踪货款等
要求:
- 有职业操守,高责任心与对于成功的强烈个人内在驱动力
- 敏感的市场导向意识
- 机械工程等相关专业优先考虑
- 能承受压力与频繁的出差
- 有机械零部件OEM直销经验的候选人优先考虑
- 英语流利,可与海外同事独立沟通

Job Description: l Sales A+P products to customers. l Manage and interpret customer requirements - listen to clients and use astute question to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs; l Persuade and influence clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery; l Calculate client quotations; negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs; l Offer after-sales support services and solve client problems; l Support market activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other market events; l Perform technical presentations and demonstrate how a product will meet client needs; l Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education; Requirement: l Must have business ethic and awareness of business code conduct. l Strong market orientated. l B.Sc/M.Sc. Engineer or related experience is preferred. l Minimum three years of experience in a global company in industrial components sales. l Fluent English is a must (CET 6 at least). l Good communication capability, open minded, honest and direct.
