JD:
?Management: Plans, supports and monitors the activities of all associates in involved in production, packing, receiving, inventory, storeroom, quality and/or shipping. Trains, coaches, develops and motivates manufacturing personnel to meet plant goals for safety, customer satisfaction, quality, cost reductions, housekeeping and inventory control.
? Production Planning: Conduct regular cycle count activities to maintain strategic inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries meet customer requirements.
? Customer Service: Works with Sales to manage customer service issues, correct or enhance production lines to meet customer needs.
? Budget: Participates in budget process with Plant Manager/General Manager and Controller manages costs within the budget levels. Coordinates and plans manpower needs to meet manufacturing goals and objectives.
? Design & Implementation: Interfaces with Engineering to develop new or improved methods/ processes and quality and quantity of production.
? Plant Operations: Coordinates plant operations with Maintenance to ensure the physical plant and equipment are maintained, updated or scrapped as needed.
? Quality: Works with Quality Assurance to insure plant and employees are meeting and/or exceeding quality standards and ISO9000 requirements. Attends annual ISO audits.
? Other responsibilities as assigned or required.

Requirement:
?9+ years related experience in mechanical manufacture /Engineering, with 5+ experience of supervisor/manager.
?Have Lean Manufacture experience is preferred
?5+ latest global manufacture company experience.
?Have strong problem-solving skills.
?Bachelor Degree in Mechanic or Engineering
?Proficient in computer software programs relevant to the position.
?Good English speaking, listening, writing skill.
?Good team player
