Responsibility

1. Timely AP posting in compliance with AP posting rules and regulation

2. Assist manager by creating & carrying out AP process in SAP in Wuxi new plant;

3. AP transaction treatment including invoice receiving, checking, all kinds of AP posting and daily process and filing

4. Prepare monthly payment proposal, make sure in time and accurate of payment data

5. Month end AP closing: Month end reconcile with intercompany, main 3rd party, collect confirmation letter

6. MTO Report

7. AP document achieving

8. Other accounting responsibilities

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree majoring in Finance/Accounting

2.3 years experience at least in FE accounting, independent problem solving ability

3.Good ability in using of MS office and ERP (SAP) Understand the differences between IFRS GAAP, PRC GAAP Know well about accounting policy and guideline

4.Good learning ability, good teamwork spirit, better communication skill; Moderate English skill in oral & written
