Responsibility

1. Provide SharePoint and Confluence consultation services to internal clients to perform periodic tasks and address technical issues

2. Promote the usage of SharePoint and Confluence applications

3. Provide workflow consultation services to internal clients to perform periodic tasks and address technical issues

4. Design and update overall Web pages on Intranet

5. Provide training to departmental Webmasters to design and update respective department Web pages independently

6. Troubleshoot Web pages related access problems

7. Application support for archiving application
