职位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Target:

  1. Strengthen the capability (1) of Tools Consolidation (2) sourcing and purchasing.

  2. Strengthen the project/bidding competition capability from product side.

  3. Keep supervising and improving Tools Consolidation performance. 

(1) Capability includes time, customer’s request fulfill rate, product price and quality.

(2) Tools Consolidation means the non-catalogue material.


Duty and responsibility:

  

? After obtaining customer requirements from Ka DepartmentUnderstand customer needs& goal expertise to win orders based on Hoffmann capabilities against competition 从销售得到需求,并于客户沟通后了解客户实际要求,赢得订单

? Responsible for Market analysis and product selection, familiar with MRO负责市场分析和产品选择

? Define the Tools Consolidation conception range and keep timely communication with commercial team.与团队保持沟通,了解工具整合情况

? Based on the understanding of existing suppliers, be able to screen accurately and flexibly.  Evaluation criteria for suppliers include: quality (1), price and service, manage suppliers and supply chains to ensure timely delivery

基于对现有供应商的了解,能够进行准确灵活的筛选。对供应商的评价标准包括:质量(1),价格和服务,管理供应商和供应链,确保及时交货

? Supplier pool implement and timely maintenance.供应商池的实施和维护

? Timely update the frequently purchasing materials.及时更新经常采购物料
(1) Quality feedback mainly from HoCN QC and customer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Major in machinery or manufacturing, good English, especially reading skills.

  2. No less than 3 years sourcing and purchasing experience for low volume and high mixing material, MRO related experience is preferred.

  3. SAP knowledge is must.

  4. Familiar with product cost accounting and control.

  5. Good negotiation and teamwork skills

          Be willing and good at learning.
