职位描述
1.Provide leadership in ensuring regulatory compliance with Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) laws and regulations, and in identifying, quantifying and minimizing risk for the Wuxi facility.
2.Monitor JTEKT and governmental requirements pertaining to EHS legislation, determine their applicability to the operation and take action to address applicable requirements.
3.Ensure that up-to-date regulatory /compliance legislation is maintained at the facility.
4.Develop, implement and provide EHS training and education programs and deliver EHS orientation to new hires.
5.Establish and maintain ISO14001 and OHSAS 18000 system and JTEKT EHS system in Wuxi facility.
6.Assist JTEKT Group EHS with the assigned responsibilities, such as regular internal audit, supplier performance evaluation, etc.
任职要求
1.Keep all applications, data, reports, records, and documentation required by government regulation always updated.
2.Develop Wuxi Plant EHS Manual and improve it according to the real situation in the plant.
3.Develop EHS training programs including training materials and implement the training programs.
4.Participate in Standard Operation Procedure review and implementation.
5.Develop waste management system and implement it.
6.Act as secretary of the Safety Committee in the plant.
7.Complete incident/accident investigation and report, and EHS monthly report.
8.Provide personal protection equipment to staff as required.
