Job description :
l Drive forward an aggressive growth strategy across all sections of the machine
l Investigate machine specific requirements together with region technology manager and apply innovative solutions to add value to the customers
l Drive forward Embedded solutions of all company products and define customer benefits and savings
l Run cost initiative programs with key customers, promoting "total" sectional management
l Prepare and give technology presentations and organization presentations,
l Convince the customer of Metso,s technical superiority together with the sales or Regional technology manager
l Understanding of customer needs from technical area
l Help PM/PE to make quotations (pricing, technical specifications)
Quotation follow up and price negotiation
l Contract negotiation and L/C instruction
l Payment follow up
l Feedback of customer needs
l Development and improvement of MIL sales with MSM
l Competitor follow-up
l Achieve annual budget
Requirements:
l Expertise knowledge of the Paper making process, operations and production
l Motivational toward teamwork and driving forward a successful sales team
l Excellent interpersonal skills to nature team spirit and cooperation
l 8 years working experience in Paper and pulp industry or related experience
l 3 years sales experience in Paper and pulp industry
l Bachelor degree of Paper making
l Self confident and ready to learn new things
l Service and sales minded
l Strong communication skills
l Fluent in English both oral and writing
l Willing to travel
