Sales Manager
Job Description:
- Responsibility of P & L and ROA Analysis
- Analyzing the respective market
- Working and communicating with supply chain, purchasing and operations departments to provide the customer with proven solutions
- Leading, developing and growing a successful sales team including outside sales, inside sales and account specialists to perform the following:
- Maintain day to day sales & customer service
- Creating and presenting professional proposals to large and medium size customers
- Perform Cold calling and prospecting new customers
- Fulfilling customer requests for quotations and proposals

Basic qualifications:
- University graduated
- Native Mandarin Speaker also fluent in both written and spoken English
- At least 3+ years experience with sales team leadership in business to business sales and/or business development.
- Team working skill, open minded, and highly social
- Excellent planning, organization and call management
- Responsible, self disciplined, and good time management
- Strong Desire to Win and proven leadership skills...a must!
- Drivers license a plus but not required
