Major Responsibilities:

1. Provides technical support on questions from Wuxi and Shanghai users involving routine problems associated
with standard software and hardware. Make users work properly.
2. Develop the new technology to match the requirement of business growing and technical improvement.
3. Answers Helpdesk phones in a professional and courteous manner; insure that all user's needs are met in
a timely manner to make users satisfied and finished their works in time.
4. Work with Global technical team to deploy the GBS Program and Project successfully.
5. Coordinate with the IP department to protect the company Intellectual properties.
6. Hardware and Software Assets purchasing and management.


Primary tasks:

Telephone support for CMM Wuxi, and Shanghai
Maintain Windows 2008 Server in Different location
Hardware deployment, configuration and maintenance
Network Printers, Photo Copiers and Projectors.
Servers, Tape RAID, Desktops and Laptops.
Network Routers, Switches, LAN, and internet circuits.
Telephone and Fax systems.
CMM website maintenance.
MS Windows 2008 Server Edition, Windows XP Professional Edition and Active Directory.
MS Office 2007/2010.
Engineering software (Ansys, Cadence, Altium, KM CAPP, PCCAD, Autodesk Inventor, etc.)
ERP software (Gold Abacus).
IP systems (DG, USSE)
Safety, Antivirus and Anti-Spyware software
Data Backup and restoration
Telephone System Management
Windows updates service.
Design and Test Windows New environment
Assists users with logon authentication.
